Major injustices have occurred within Cherokee's highly flawed court/jail system. For starters an enrolled member was given 12 years for the rape of a minor, whilst Terrence Taylor nephew of jail administration was merely given a slap on the wrist and has yet to be registered as a sex offender. Court and Jail administration are taking full advantage of the system and giving their friends and family get out of jail free passes.

Another instance. Jaidan Wolfe, suffocated a baby. Was in jail for 3 days, got out with an unsecured bond, house arrest and still maintains custody of her children. Which makes absolutely no sense.

One more look at this, Channing Lossiah. He was sentenced to 3 years in jail for domestic violence. The girl he fought with was an Officer within The Cherokee Police Department so they decided to make an example of him. It's been few and fair that the courthouse has actually took these things seriously. That's really saying they're taking care of their own.

Course of action. Richie Sneed needs to give/hand over all cases that show conflict of interest involving any and everybody that work within the courthouse to the FBI. Our system is highly unfair and it is hurting our people as a whole. We have to do better. We deserve better. We have to make it better and it will get better!!!!
