In October we will be having our annual Fall Festival here in Cherokee, NC & "The Greasy Pig" is always a scheduled activity on "Children's Day" so my mission with the help of you is to put a stop to it. What does this teach our youth? I have privately messaged Chief Sneed with no response to putting a stop to it so now I'm reaching out to you, my animal lovers. If our upcoming election is a success, we will have a New Chief & I already have confirmation from her that the Fair committee will be approached on subject & another activity planned to replace "The Greasy Pig Contest". We can't change a world of hate with no empathy for others including the voiceless...Will you help me? Let's make 2018 the last year that a scared little piglet was entertainment for humans to encourage there children to treat an animal with no respect!!
