SECOND PETITION AND LEG OF THE RACE don't stop at the first we need both to make it count please help sign and share to help bring justice for this Lancaster county horse worked and beaten to death by his Amish owner. Charges have been filed now help ask he not be allowed to own any more animals and for full penalty that the law allows. 700 dollar fine and 90 days in jail. Rarely do they get jail time but he should. It will be the only thing that will stop it from happening again. The Amish could care less about fines but they will care about jail time.
