Why is Haryana Govt not releasing the Dhingra Commission Report on Illegal Land deals ?

The Dhingra Commission was appointed by the Government of Haryana on May 13, 2015, to probe various suspicious and prima facie illegal land dealings in the State facilitated by the previous Congress Government. This included a number of such allegedly plunderous acquisitions by Robet Vadra.
The Commission submitted its final report to the Haryana Government on 31 August 2016.
Unfortunately the Commission's Report has not yet been made public, even after 6 months. This is a betrayal of the trust reposed by the people of Haryana (and by the people of India) in the Government of Haryana to bring the entire truth on the alleged cheating in land deals in the public domain and punish the guilty.
The government must immediately make the Report public and take necessary action as per facts revealed, conclusions drawn and action recommended by the Commission.
Any further delay in making the Report public will create suspicion of behind-the-scenes deals between the accused/involved persons and the Haryana Government and will be a mockery of democracy and Justice.
I call upon Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar, Chief Minster of Haryana, to immediately place the entire Report of Justice Dhingra in the public domain and inform the people of Haryana as to what action it intends to take on the same.
Any more delay will dilute your credibility and that of your Government.
