Ref: Your office file No.D4/957/2014 and D1/1400/2014 Please refer your file No.D1/1400/2014 dated:22-11-2014, wherein your Office reported to the Lokayukta Court that there is no movable and immovable properties to One Mr. Saleemuddin and his whereabouts are not known and on account of this jurisdictional Tahsildhar not able to collected Deficit Stamp Duty of Rs.29.33 lakhs arised on his Sale Deed Document No.3166/2003 & 3501/2003 of Joint Sub Registrar, Rangaredyy District, under Revenue Recovery Act. Such False Sale Deeds are to be cancelled as these Sale deeds utilized for wrong application of ROR Act causing severe damage to Plot owners.
