The condition of the national animal of India "tiger" is in trouble. They do not have  a particular reserved area to live . The government of India has launched many policies to protect the tigers, they spent a huge amount of money for the policies still they have not succeeded in their efforts.

During the last few years  ten and more  tigers are found wandering in the adjacent  areas of the capital (bhopal).

One of the areas in which the tigers are found is the kerwa-kaliyasot region (bhopal) these regions already being the natural habitat of the tiger. Tigers from ratapani abhyaran often visit the kerwa-kaliyasot region from time to time .

Now a days about seven and more  tigers are moving in these areas.There are 2 or 3 educational institutes located in the area which are proving to be a prime danger for the tigers life.

This is our utmost demand from the government to stop shifting of tigers to any other place as this is there natural habitat and also that the government should declear the area as a reserved area for the tiger.

In this concern our NGO (Arth Samajik Sanstha) has written a letter to the chief Minister of Madhaya pradesh Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan Ji  as well as the Forest Minister of Madhya Pradesh  Dr. Gouri Shankar Shejwar Ji.
