Majority of veterinary doctors working in rural areas but not getting rural allowance as medical doctors.. more risk is involved in veterinary profession but not getting risk allowance as medical doctors.. giving door step service for emergency cases by their own vehicle and no allowances for that.. they should get all all these benifits to serve for the animal welfare and for the upliftment of rural economy
