We would like to inform you that this year ibps has changed the notification format of RRB-IV CLERK and PO. As last year it clearly mentioned that candidates must have studied 1 to 10th a local language compulsory but this year ibps did not mention it. This has made more easy for neighbouring states to occupy jobs here without proper knowledge of kannada.

And last year IBPS clerical most of selected candidates did not know local language, the majority of selected candidates belongd to Andrapradesh and Telangana. It is believed that the interview panel too consisted of andrites due to which they were much prefered then the local candidates. Our farmers here mainly find it diificult to communicate with them, thus they lack proper banking approach and they are now prefering more to local lenderers for money at high interests. We feel this is also a major reason for our farmers suicide. Kindly atleast now IBPS take an action.

1. Proper enquiry on the interview panel for IBPS CLERICAL (FEB 2015 - SYNDICATE REGIONAL OFFICE - BIJAPUR Karnataka )

2. Change of RRB clerical and PO notification.
