As we all know resident doctors are backbone of this whole COVID-19 pandemic. Central government and even a State government is decorating the bureaucrats by giving them medal of honor who even don't know how we are managing COVID-19 Pandemic. No one among resident doctor got any medal of Honor from government of Gujarat so far. Many of Resident doctors got ill, many didn't visit their home since months, many got covid-19, many  lost their families by infecting them because of such a bad management of many institutes which didn't provided them a isolated hotel stay. But we , resident doctors have not complained about anything. Even after multiple extra hours duty, we didn't complain. But this time we won't stay silent. we need to strengthen our unity. We usually get stipend increment every three years. Three years have been completed and they are not even listening to us for this increment. We are not begging for it, it's our right to have it. So kindly sign this petition to government of Gujarat for stipend increment of Resident doctors. If they won't listen to us, we will do whatever is required. Thanks for your support.
