Vakil Encasa is a layout located off Bommasandra and Jigani Link Road. The approach road to many villages and the layout is in pathetic state and no one is caring to rectify.  Secondly, bescom cut the power very frequently every day and compulsory on week ends through out the day. We are honest tax payers including the property tax to panchayat but we are ignored completely by all agencies and we feel like living in a remote unattended village and cannot even imagine living in Bangalore, world's one of the largest IT Hubs is a dream, we are not sure whether can witness in our life time. Thirdly, the lake is full of chemicals and filthy smell has become our normal breathing air. Despite taking up with many agencies and widely appeared our problems even in media, no one seem to bothered.

We request your good office to help us live a normal life without these pains. Many children, senior citizens and all living here are suffering.
