Here is an interesting update detailing filing of bankruptcy by Raheja group. 4 years into this petition, I clearly recall notes and comments by Cheated HBs about inordinate delays in execution of some Raheja projects. I request all buyers stuck in Raheja projects to be wary now and take appropriate steps to protect their hard earned money.

Needless to mention again and again but lack of a regulatory body(RERA today has been rendered toothless in many states due to dilution to protect cheat builders), intent to cheat by builders and greedy corrupt Govt Officials buying the 'bribe bait' and ofcourse the Political leadership looking the other way has resulted in the biggest scam in India so far.Sure the IBC rules have been amended to include HB as secured creditors but one needs to be careful and watch closely. Next few weeks ahead will tell the story of what lies ahead after Govts announced and long awaited Stress Funds for the Realty Sector. Watch Out!
