We had correctly assessed the situation of 'need for cash' and had forecasted in earlier updates about NBCC needs. This is ofcourse business for them with a nominal commission although with a noble intent to complete the big list of pending homes/projects and hand over to stranded buyers for years. Yes, surely Govt in a way is also responsible by not having a regulatory body(even now RERA is heavily diluted and not implemented in many states) besides corrupt bureaucracy, local corrupt ministers and fraud bankers engaged collaboratively in this big siphoning off buyers money over the past decade.

There have been reports coming in that a stimulus from PM for Cheated Home Buyers besides stimulus to invigorate a slowing economy is very near the corner.

This will be a big step by Govt to start to enmd this nightmare arising out of brazen cheating.
