Dear Friends, Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

The cheating drama for over 10 years plus and ruining hundreds of thousands innocent home buyers lives is now known to all including the world. On twitter, there is a big list of cheat builders who have plundered home buyers and siphoned off the funds-sadly with Govt/bureaucracy support or looking the other way, RERA enactment itself was a big failure so far as it was never intended to meet its objectives.

One group about whom much has been highlighted is Unitech-once a leading realtor but now promoters in jail enjoying luxuries for over 2 years and all bodies helpless. Our honoured Judiciary probably is trying its best but these thieves know all the tricks to ensure nothing comes out of forensic audit and no way to unravel the money trail.

Please refer the video clipping which demonstrates their strength and political clout and how they have been bribing and laughing all the way. 

To all the 16000 families whose life time savings are at stake and to all cheated homebuyers, I only urge not to sit restless till we get our flats as per specifications(not ghost skeleton flats on as is where is basis as some pictures I had shared recently) or refunds with complete compensation as SC recently announced for a Kolkata buyer.

I appeal on behalf of all cheated home buyers to our Honourable Judiciary that we are choking and some cheats have no right to ruin our lives and old age-please take harsh measures. These are shameless people who will not mind spending another 10 years in jail as long as the booty they have decamped with cannot be retrieved.

To our Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi-humble prayer that please show your intents of a corruption free India and send the right signals to a networked world. This is not on as you seek another tenure as PM.

We make big news on Space programmes and yet on the other side such blatant cheating is actively going on and the whos who of the legal fraternity including top minister lawyers are fighting home buyers to protect a rogue.

Shame on India really!
