We all hope this land mark judgement will pave the way to shorten the agony of sufferers and corner the cheat rogue builder-many of us with Unitech/Jaypee/Amrapalli and so many others are trapped for over 10 years with our life time tax paid savings in custody of these cheats and carefully siphoned off.

We all make a fervent appeal and prayer to Honourable Chief Justice of India and our honourable Supreme Court to shorten our miseries and save us from penury in advancing years-many sufferers amongst us are highly placed Govt Officers, Defence Personnel, War Widows, Professors and professionals from various walks of life.
