Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Cheated Home Buyers,

Three years + into this petition, 17000 signatures and again great appreciation for your kind support, we really have seen the whole story and complete injustice to us cheated homebuyers in India and enactments like RERA being diluted with Govt Executive and bureaucracy choosing to look the other way. Sure our Honourable Judiciary is trying its best but long passage of time has worn us out-many peoples life positions have changed over 10-14 years.

We all need to thank Change.Org for periodically highlighting to the decision makers in the petition(right from Honourable PM of India to Supreme Court and several key ministers) but very little seems to have improved. We appreciate Govt urgency to arrest Con Jeweller Nirav Modi or Vijaya Mallya of Kingfisher as they have cheated our country and people but equal focus has to be given to the cheat realty sector in India which thrived on Govt tacit support and combining the money siphoned off from home buyers, it will stand head over heels over these cheat fugitives. The list is long and this news clipping attached is an expose from a group Amrapali who probably were not as smart as many otrhers including Unitech where embezzlement trail is difficult to unravel. As we cross 72 years of Independence and make so many head lines for achievements in technology etc globally, the other side of India coin has also such open cheating business environment. Sad indeed!
