We've all been reading as to what's happening over RERA implementation and its steady dilution in different states and this 2 year petition with your support captures many details.

Here is another interesting news snippet where right in the capital of India New Delhi, police are finding ways to support cheat builders(due to obvious reasons) and it took Delhi High Court to reprimand Delhi Police for not registering a FIR due to proven cheating including criminal breach of trust and forgery. No wonder the Court wonders whether Delhi Police is serious about fulfilling their statutory obligations.

It is a shame indeed that such brazen indiscipline and brash dissrespect is exhibited by the law enforcers themselves and probably now  FIR will be lodged after Delhi High Court directs for the same. So where does the common cheated man go to? RERA Legislations enacted with much fan fare 2 years back is turning out to be a hoax to fool the educated tax compliant citizen of this country as probably 0.5 Mio people suffering do not constitute a major vote bank for elections by Govt and so no seriousness.
