Dear Friends, Supporters and Fellow Cheated home buyers in India,

Two years into this petition with numerous updates shared and 2 years into launch of RERA amidst much fan fare by this Govt claiming this as a land mark step/legislation,excepting a very few states, progressively over time and due to compulsions, the cheat builder lobby in India seems to be having the last laugh as slowly each state has been diluting the same to protect cheat builders or penalties as after all leaders/bureaucrats are obliged for all the largesse these builders have thrown in quickly lapped up by them.

Recently, another bold builder(Ekta Parkville Mumbai) who claims to above all in India simply skipped appearance in court for third consecutive time for defending a contempt case they had filed against a home buyer and a journalist. Bravo India!Old adage still hold good-'might is right'
