It is a very sad day to note that Shri R P Khanna who had opted for possession through portal managed by Amicus Curie Advocate Pawanshree Agrawal at the behest of our reverred Supreme Court for Unitech Vistas housing project at Sec 70 SPR Road, Gurgaon passed away under stress and anguish. There have been reports earlier of deaths and suicides by ruined home buyers cheated by influential builders. We deeply mourn the same and pray that the departed soul may rest in peace and the family can pick up much needed strength at this crucial hour. We also appeal to our reverred Supreme Court to kindly expedite action against this cheat builder co besides so many others and provide justice to severely disturbed families across India who are staring at a wash out of their life time savings by some influential and Govt supported realty goons. We also appreciate UP Chief Minister's push to hand over maximum flats to stranded home buyers in Noida/Greater Noida but sadly no empathy or action is there from Haryana Chief Minister Mr Khattar who is the prime receipient of this petition. Are human lives so cheap in India?
