It is really a VERY VERY SAD situation for India when finance minister himself in our current Govt drives such a proposal which is why SC had to shoot it down with a stay as Honourable Chief Justice of India and SC is very clear about providing much delayed justice to home buyers and set up a road map of auctioning off all of Unitech's assets to start the repayment process.
