Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and fellow victims, Many of you may have read this article already but if not please take a close look. It is right and as already posted by some supporters, it is time we stop to beg political leaders and treat them as God. Even RERA announcement was a great initiative although state Govts watered it down(prominent Haryana ) to help builders who contribute to political parties perhaps or CM's and corrupt bureaucrats/bankers have selfish interests. Through many many reports in media/twitter/petitions like this, by now a large population knows the very unfair game being played and we are being tortured and builders planning exit after devouring our life time savings. But it is time to assert friends and really walk barefoot. This real estate scam has reached a crescendo already and entire Govt Executive is aware. World aiso aware of the dirty side of real India now. Pl exert, unite with fellow cheated/aggrieved buyers , rope in Judiciary effectively. Remember, we are over 300 K families atleast pan India, we pay our taxes and contribute to nation building and we just cant be killed. A revolution is set to begin now and your keen participation is a must to save your money and minimise stress. Cheat builders will have to complete or refund and exit and long term fewer committed players would remain. Also this way, the real estate sector which is a a very large employer will be steadily killed which no Govt can afford. Pl be full of grit and fighting spirit.
