Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Victims, This touching video interview of really troubled and cheated home buyers says it all-pl see attached. First of all a sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms Deepa of CNN(TV 18) for putting this together-we all thank you for bringing this out. This 13 month old petition with almost 13 K supporters already has captured sufferings by quoting posts/comments from ruined educated middle/upper middle class people but this video only reinforces the state of affairs. From teachers, Govt servants(retired or close to retirement,widows, eminent scientists, NRI's who booked houses for themselves when they come back or for their aged parents, decorated defence personnel to professionals from all walks of life -people are staring at an uncertain old age and chasing a dream home of their own only to be duped by influential builders. Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modiji : The country overwhelmingly voted for a big change in bringing BJP and have been looking ahead for a new India under your leadership and vision. Your gift to nation and home buyers RERA was a land mark step to cleanse the blood stained realty sector. But very conveniently, states have diluted the same to help builders-several under BJP rule itself. Case in point is Haryana which under Mr Khatter is completely sold out to builders.You are trying to bring in economic development by networking with all nations globally but what is the message NRI's present in different countries of the world. You need to take a humanatarian approach first(a poilitical leader later) and the Govt Executive needs to interfere immediately.Otherwise it is a big big let down. Honourable BJP President Shri Amit Shahji : We respect your target of 350 seats in 2019 for BJP but please be fair, honest and help hundreds of thousands of citizens in deep distress. Honourable Finance Minister : Your sympathies are well taken but please bring about necessary legislations to get home buyers the first right to claims in case of insolvency declared by Jaypee to extricate itself from the frauds and many others to follow suit soon. Hundreds of NPA's and fraudsters result in waiver of bank loans. For our farmers, there are many instances of loans waiver from banks. Why not for educated people who have honestly paid taxes for nation's development? Are we not humans? Or is it due to big donations from builders for BJP party funds to function. Lastly a note to our Apex and most respected Judiciary : In India, our judiciary is independent and I request CJI and Justice Deepak Misra to look into sufferings of so many thousands. Otherwise people will lose faith in our Judiciary system and we will send a message to the world that the powerful nexus in India in business can kill all.
