Honourable Finance Minister Mr Arun Jaitley, We remain very thankful for your sympathies and kind words for heavily distressed and cheated home buyers-running into over 100 K affected families all over India. However,mere sympathies will not work Sir. If Govt is really keen to end this malaise crippling 100K families, then please take out an ordinance making flat buyers as lenders eligible for first right of payment in case builder files for insolvency. In the weeks ahead, we expect several more cheat builders to take this escape route after robbing our hard earned tax paid money.If Govt is sincere and really wants to do something to solve this biggest scam ever unfortunately under the tenets of BJP rule, please set an example.
