Dear Friends and Supporters, One big name which tops list of fraudulent builders and with hundreds of court cases against them and on and off jail is Unitech which has spread this delayed projects/cheating in Gurgaon. This very influential and networked group has always managed to wriggle out but the noose from Law may tighten soon. Over 13 K families all over India are under severe stress due to this group and sadly BJP Govt under CM Mr Manoharlal Khattar is supporting builders in RERA implementation to make their lives easier. There are scores of other fraud builders surviving and nurtured in Haryana. We appeal to our Honourable PM Shri Modiji to please keep the state of several tens of thousands cheated home buyers and their miseries with life time savings swindled. As educated sensitive people, we deeply sympathise with stressed out farmers or new born infants killed in Gorakhpur hospital but also request our PM to save us-after all what is our wrong doing as honest educated tax compliant citizens of India. Sir, if India has to be free from corruption and so many problems by 2022 as your vision states, the filthy real estate sector needs cleansing also and hundreds of thousands of innocent cheated buyers saved also.
