We respect HC stand which could have far reaching favourable consequences for severely distraught and harassed home buyers pan India and more pronounced sadly in NCR. But 'pace' is key. Promoters cash strapped due to diversion of people's money and not economic reasons as they portray and an iron whip is needed to resolve this mess which is epidemic as at present.
