Its a well known fact that 90% rural youth are DROP OUT AFTER 10TH or 12th. And this is the generation which provides services of various kinds to the society at every nook and corner of the  state or nation..The present youth is confused about the career options available to him/her after 10th.One does not know the options available for oneself.thus a decision at the crucial year of one's life is based on MARKET ONLY and one wrong decision and the life is spoiled forever. May be EVERY ONE is NOT CAPABLE  of being an engineer/chartered accountant or doctor according to his ability. Thus at such stage, the necessity of a CAREER COUNSELOR  steps in. Since most of the areas dont have such facility it would be wise on the part of the government to appoint such career counselors at high school level. You yourself hail from rural background,thus you know it very well the difficulties faced by the rural and urban youth in terms of the choice of CAREER.
