We the residents of Stanah call upon the Chief Constable of Lancashire to initiate an investigation into  the illegal act of felling many mature trees at Craigland,Hillylaid road Thornton Cleveleys.

These illegal acts were carried out at the end of July 2019 ,within the recognised nesting season and resulted in the destruction of the natural habitat of many birds,bats and squirrels.

Prior to this destrution there was an abundance of birds,bats and squirrels which gave pleasure to local residents .Since these acts were carried out local residents have observed a dearth of wildlife and the person responsible should be brought to account.

Since thiese acts the person responsible has applied to demolish the residence on the site which will further result in loss of wldlife .

If these facts are proven he should be prosecuted and he should not profit from these illegal acts.. (proceeds of crime)
