McClellan School is thriving neighborhood school; boasting a 9% gain in students meeting and exceeding state standards from 2010 to 2012. Our school serves a diverse student body, has an excellent Magnet Cluster Autism Program, and actually is NOT under utilized. Chicago Public Schools must revisit the calculations for space utilization, with respect to state mandated smaller class sizes in the three Autistic Cluster classrooms. McClellan matters!!!
