The Library says they don't have a budget to invest in Gage Park. We found out that The Gage Park Library paid $257,760 dollars on rent to a private landlord over the past 6 years. Thats $3,580 a month they spend for a building that isn't ADA accessible, has no public parking and a ceiling with a hole in it that leaks when it rains. They have been renting for 30 years with the money spent they could buy and build a library in our community.
