Mekhi James was a three year old boy sitting in the back of his step-dad’s car.  A mass shooting in Chicago happened, around 100 injured.  Out of those 100, four teenage boys were killed, and three year old Mekhi James.  His case is not open.  Get the Chicago Police Department to open his case.  Get the justice for this little boy.
