We want a Town Center in Moseley

We want a Town Center in Moseley
The Issue
Who wants a Town Center in Moseley—a mixed-use space where residents can work, dine, shop, and play? We can’t stop the county from developing, but we can ask them to SLOW down the process to give the community time to provide input on WHAT they develop.
Chesterfield County recently purchased two large areas of land, including 1728 acres in Moseley they are referring to as “Upper Magnolia West.” They want to rezone it “Industrial” and are hosting a community meeting on December 16th at 7 p.m. If you believe this area doesn’t need warehouses, data centers, or manufacturing plants, and would benefit instead from a pedestrian-friendly Town Center with local restaurants, offices, and recreational/entertainment space, please sign this petition. Rather than creating an industrial mega site that will cost tax payers a fortune and may sit empty, let’s encourage the county to consider a mixed-use Town Center that will attract consumers, businesses/retailers, and developers to the fastest growing part of Chesterfield County.
