My family has received a notice via Chester township under Parcel: 70-32-182-004/keeping of animals.

stating a complaint has been made for having a pig, which prohibits the keeping of livestock on a lot size in the “High-Density zoning district”& to remove my pig as soon as practical, no later than 4/9/21.

Tilly is a 20 lb mini pig who has been indoor for 4 going on 5 months. She is mid-shin height, loves to do tricks, like circles & working on how to shake! She comes when called & likes to “bark” when she is excited! 
I understand even tho she is a mini pig she is still swine. 
Tilly is considered full grown based on her diet, she will not get any taller, but could get wider depending on treats. 
I am looking for signatures on my petition for Chester township to allow Tilly to stay in our family as a pet & pet only. 
To be considered livestock she would then be kept for profit, food, and or breeding. Which she is not, her breed should not determine her ability to stay in our family. Which she is adored and loved by our 3 kids & anyone who meets her. She has taught our kids responsibility, and compassion for any living animal. No matter the breed.
