Three year old Scott McMillan was systematically abused by Gary Lee Fellenbaum III, and his mother Jillian Tait. Scott was whipped with a metal rod, he was punched and hit with blunt and sharp objects. He was taped to a chair and beaten, he was hung upside down ( ALONG WITH HIS 6 YEAR OLD BROTHER ) and beaten, while Gary and Jillian laughed. When Scott ailed to wake up, he was put on an uninflated air mattress and went shopping. Gary and Jillian came back to the trailer with pizza, after eating they both took a nap, the engaged in sexual activity while Scotty layed DYING! All because Scotty refused to eat a toast, and Gary felt disrespected. 

We the people, ask that your office pursue the DEATH PENALTY against Jillian Tait, and Gary Lee Fellenbaum III WITHOUT ANY PLEA DEALS.
