My self and family have reported a puppy farm a number of times to the council, RSPCA, local MP and nothing is getting done! At least 20 dogs are being kept in flithy conditions in a 3 bedroom house, which is NOT registered for a business, or tax,breeding or KC.  This needs closing down and the person banned from owning pets. Neighours have to put up with flies, smell from dog fouling and noise! PLEASE SIGN AMND SHARE
