The citizens of South Norfolk along with the South Norfolk Neighborhood Watch Inc.  are requesting the 2nd Precinct of the Chesapeake Police Office be moved from it's current location on 22nd Street to the old South Norfolk Memorial Library located on Poindexter Street for better police visibility and accessibility in the South Norfolk Borough in our quest for a crime free community.
