My Uncle was killed in a motorcycle accident in Poplar Bluff Missouri on 8/18/18. There was large amounts of grass clippings in the roadway where his accident occurred. I would like to make it illegal in all states for residents to mow their grass in to the roadways and not properly clean up the debris from mowing. It is known that grass clippings in the roadways are dangerous for motorcyclists, if we make a law and have fines imposed it may save a life in the future. Nothing can bring my Uncle back but I would like to see this become a law in his memory. This law can prevent other families from going through what our family is going through.
