We the residents of Heatherstone Home Owners Association oppose the expansion of the chemical storage facilities at Ventor Chemical located at 5910 Pharr Mill road. 
With the expansion of Harrisburg and the surrounding areas of Concord feel that this expansion would create an unsafe environment.  
The risk of contamination to the Rockriver water shed and surrounding wells could be catastrophic.
