every person,community, caste ,religion or area  has the right to Question the Injustice going on them, but no one has the right to damage any public property if they think as a leader of 1 community they can damage the Nations property that to in the first gathering it self, than  have to take action on them as Nations Chief Justice, we need the damage cost from the Leader .
