When I decided to go vegan, it was pretty much one of the easiest decisions I've ever had to make. The one dairy item I missed though, however, was cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. They really just know what they're doing out there. That's why I'm starting this petition to help get a Vegan Cheesecake put on the Cheesecake Factory menu!
