Dhanista Group's Devidas Bhujang Rao and his children Sowparnika Rao-Atawane, Tejasvi Rao and Nandita Rao alongwith employee Bhavana Menon has cheated me and many of the families in Mumbai and suburbs by luring them of providing the budget flats in their 7 up-coming projects in Mumbai since last 10 years. They have collected 10% to 40% of the flat costs from large number of home seekers in the last 10 years. However, they haven't started a single construction of any of their seven projects of Mumbai. Me and many other victims have been asking back the refund with 18% Interest since past 4 to 5 years but cheater Rao and his family have been giving excuses that they don't have money with them. They have been giving date after dates but not returning the money. An FIR against all 5 of them has been registered in March 2018 at the Parksite Police station, Vikhroli West. Investigation Officer API Gokul Borse is investigating the case against them. About 35 victims have approached this police station informing that they have been cheated by fraudsters Devdas Bhujang Rao, Sowparnika Rao-Atawane, Tejasvi Rao, Nandita Rao and Bhavana Menon. Rao and his family has moved to the Mumbai sessions court seeking interim bail saying they are ready to return the victims money. Now, six months have passed but not a single rupee has been returned by these cheaters Rao and family. The cheater Rao have hired lawyers, Saikumar Pathrudu and Kiran Kulkarni, both are liars and giving excuses after excuses to the court saying their client Devidas Rao and his family don't have money to return back. All the money taken from us has been swallowed by this Rao family. This Rao family didn't thought even once while using our money for their cause. Cheater D B Rao has produced an affidavit before the court mentioning he has property worth ₹600.00 crores which he has made by cheating the people like us. But he don't have 1% of the ₹600 crores of his property to return back to us. His lawyers are busy saying in the court that nobody is turning up to purchase his property because of his name published in Mumbai Mirror as a cheater and fraudster D B Rao and family. The report is published in Newspaper Mumbai Mirror because Rao moved to the court seeking bail. The crime reporters hunting for news against criminal builders got these information about cheater Rao and Dhanista builders from the court files and published the news. Last four to five years, we have been requesting to refund our entire money, but Rao and family haven't refunded. Even after registering the FIR, these Rao family, haven't returned any money in March 2018 to prevent any further damage to occur to his name and firm. But he purposely not returning our people's money. Shameless Rao want to die and go to hell without returning back our money. After enjoying on our crores of money, he is saying no money with him. But he has money for his costly medical expenses and everyday needs and even to feed his lawyers. Please immediately contact the Parksite Police station and meet API Gokul Borse to register FIR if you people are also cheated by this Rao and family. Don't wait for any miracle to happen or be under any impression that Rao and his family will return your money one day. This won't be happened from them in this 21st century. I too have waited for three years by hearing their sweet talks but in vain. Wake up before it is too late. Rao and his family have ruined many of the families who booked the flats for shelter in Mumbai, hoping that these are genuine builders as they have been advertising their firm Dhanista Group as Builders and Developers in newspapers and on various websites. Please contact the Parksite Police Station, Surya Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai and register the FIR to get all the culprits hanged to death for killing all the homeseekers dream of owning a shelter in Mumbai.
