A week ago a kid went INTO Lu's, my dog's name, enclosed pen, and harassed him with a duck call for several minutes. After the dog warned him a few times (growling at him) and the kid was told to stop several times by my sister, Lu bit the kid. Now he's up at Animal Control, a SWEET non-vicious animal, on the brink of being euthanized simply because the kid's parents KNOW someone in office and went over the head of animal control who deemed the dog non-vicious to begin with. PLEASE, if you have the time, and feel for animals, sign this petition, contact the office of the Chattooga County Commissioner and share your knowledge/feelings about this sweet animal so that he isn't put down for ONE time losing his patience with an aggravating kid who was completely in the wrong, the same way we all have at some point.
