Save the Q-Dance Stage at TomorrowWorld 2014. We want 3 days of Hardstyle!
This petition had 932 supporters
The city of Chattahoochee Hills, GA is banning the Q-Dance stage from taking part in this years TomorrowWorld due to noise complaints. Instead of finding a solution, they are simply saying that it is "too loud" and taking it away all together.
TomorrowWorld has brought millions to the local economy over only 1 year, and will bring even more this coming year. The idea of banning what is becoming a very integral part of the festival will only draw people away from the event.
Q-Dance has posted a statement that they will be participating in the event this year, but not in the same capacity as they had with a stage for all 3 days. I think that this isn't the answer to this. The stage has been a staple of the ID&T festival family for years, and needs to stay that way.
This is not about saving hardstyle alone, but saving the experience that Q-dance has given to millions of people over its years. The production value of their stages along with other showmanship factors make it something that is a spectacle to be seen. With its very successful run at this years Mysteryland, it is apparent that Q-dance and hardstyle are climbing the walls and breaking them down to reach more people in America and the rest of the world.
What am I calling you to do? As a fan, I am calling that we save the Q-Dance stage at TomorrowWorld and pass this petition around and make sure that we get to enjoy what we are going to enjoy. We may save it, we may not, but in the end the way we band together will show how strong we are. #SaveQDance (on twitter and other social platforms to support)
