This is important because a large number of users have been blocked on Chatango or even reported by people that just like to troll. This leads to an automated system blocking that user from ever talking to anyone again unless they are approached first. Rather than this a user should be allowed to decide who they block and not let others decide for them. If the system can not be removed then please edit it so admins must approve of the restriction.
