There are very few options for internet in Spear, North Carolina. AT&T and Hughes Net Internet services are very poor, Spectrum Internet is the best high speed internet in Avery County but it is not available to everyone in Avery County. A lot of people would be willing to sign up to Spectrum Internet. As the years go on the more we rely on technology and the more we rely on internet but limited internet services and limited connection makes it hard to do every day things especially for students. I believe that Spectrum Internet should expand there services to encompass more remote areas of the county such as the Spear and 3 mile area.
