Arguably the most beloved Charlotte Hornet of all time, Tyrone "Muggsy" Bogues, defined perseverance. Standing at 5'3 Muggsy was the shortest player in NBA history, yet he has more assists and steals then any player in Charlotte NBA history. For 10 years Muggsy excited capacity crowds at the Charlotte Coliseum. Now that the Hornets identity has returned home, it's time to honor a true Hornets legend by retiring his iconic #1 Charlotte jersey.
