On April 1, 2020, the Boston City Council passed Councilor Ricardo Arroyo's resolution calling for a moratorium on rent, mortgage, foreclosures, and evictions. 

Like in Boston, there are elected officials and advocates throughout Massachusetts demanding a moratorium. We all believe that no one should lose their housing, property or small business due to COVID-19.

We are asking all Massachusetts residents to sign on to this petition demanding that Governor Baker enact an immediate moratorium on residential and commercial rent, mortgage, evictions and foreclosures.
