On 9/1/2020 our families lives changed drastically and we will forever be broken. We lost an amazing young man, Izayah Cruz, he was only 21 with a bright future. A coward by the name of Evanda Jackson, 47, took his life. He fatally stabbed Izayah in the chest. On 11/4/2020 they released his killer, Evanda Jackson, with a “NO BILL” on 1st,2nd, and 3rd degree murder due to LACK OF EVIDENCE. Evanda Jackson, has a criminal history with prior offenses, this coward has been known to have had a sawed off shotgun, multiple domestic assaults, and in 2017 he almost killed a man with his car in Salisbury,Ma and was let go with only having to take Anger Management Classes. In 2019 he assaulted his neighbor and wife and charges were dropped yet again. EVANDA is a ticking time bomb. EVANDA is a menace to society and will kill again, because the justice system has failed us all !!

IZAYAH was someone’s son. IZAYAH was someone’s brother. IZAYAH was someone’s uncle. IZAYAH was someone’s loved one. IZAYAH was someone’s friend. IZAYAH graduated from Haverhill High. IZAYAH worked for Letourneous Pharmacy. He was responsible. IZAYAH was very loved. IZAYAH loved and cared for his family and friends. IZAYAH was humble, genuine and minded his own business. He never bothered anyone. His pride and joy was his car. He loved cars and his car club.
IZAYAH had no criminal record or prior arrests. IZAYAH was not intoxicated. IZAYAH had no weapon. IZAYAH was never a member of no gang or affiliated with one. IZAYAH didn’t even have a tattoo. He was no follower, he was a leader! Last but not least he was raised right, like a true gentleman and friend. And sadly that cost him his life because a grown man was acting like an animal out in the street, drunk and angry !!

The young lady (Evandas neighbor) was the reason Izayah was there to begin with. Izayah was making sure she made it safe inside her home that night, they were both being harassed by Evanda Jackson. He was the aggressor and was confrontational. Why did he even talk to them or approach them? He put his hands on both of them prior to IZAYAH going back. Which was IZAYAHs only mistake. He still didn’t deserve to die for it. Shouldn’t a married man with 2 kids be making better decisions and if not pay for them like Izayah did.
Why didn’t EVANDA call for the police when Izayah managed to get away from him the first time, if EVANDA was scared for his life? Why didn’t EVANDA go inside his home, if he felt threatened at any time or call the police? Why when Izayah did come back without a weapon didn’t he call the police then? Why didn’t he use his fists like Izayah was? Why without being in immediate threat would you reach for a knife, that he already had on him, and choose to stab Izayah in the chest, where he knew it could be fatal? Why did he after that, while Izayah tried to drive himself to the hospital, did he not call the police? Instead he went home, cleaned the knife, smoked a cigarette and went to bed??? All of which he confessed too!!! Meanwhile Izayah laid dying outside Flora St with only his brother there !
This coward also lives two blocks from the family. And next door to the young lady Izayah was with that night. The neighbors are in fear, the community is in fear, there is a murderer on the loose, capable of killing again, because of the judicial system! Only 2 months later, his family has to deal with the fact that his killer is home with his family but what about Izayah and his family?? Where is the justice, Izayah will never come home again, he had goals a life to live. We DEMAND justice for Izayah.
We DEMAND Justice be served. We want Evanda Jackson BE incarcerated NOW and off the streets. He is a danger to society. We want this case reopened, we want a new grand jury, we want all the evidence to be presented and we want a conviction for Evanda Jackson for the murder of IZAYAH Cruz!
If Jackson didn’t kill him, then who killed IZAYAH ????? Where is the Justice the family deserves, that Izayah deserves!

El 9/1/2020 la vida de nuestras familias cambió drásticamente y estaremos destrozados para siempre. Perdimos a un joven increíble, Izayah Cruz, tenía solo 21 años y un futuro brillante. Un cobarde llamado Evanda Jackson, de 47 años, se quitó la vida. Apuñaló fatalmente a Izayah en el pecho. El 4/11/2020 liberaron a su asesino, Evanda Jackson, con un "NO BILL" por asesinato en primer, segundo y tercer grado debido a FALTA DE EVIDENCIA.

IZAYAH era el hijo de alguien. IZAYAH era el hermano de alguien. IZAYAH era el tío de alguien. IZAYAH era el amado de alguien. IZAYAH era amigo de alguien. IZAYAH se graduó de Haverhill High. IZAYAH trabajó para Letourneo Pharmacy. El fue el responsable. IZAYAH fue muy amado. IZAYAH amaba y se preocupaba por su familia y amigos. IZAYAH era humilde, genuino y se preocupaba por sus propios asuntos. Nunca molestó a nadie. Su orgullo y alegría era su coche. Amaba los autos y su club de autos. IZAYAH no tenía antecedentes penales ni detenciones previas. IZAYAH no estaba intoxicado. IZAYAH no tenía armas. IZAYAH nunca fue miembro de ninguna pandilla ni afiliado a ninguna. IZAYAH ni siquiera tenía un tatuaje. ¡No era un seguidor, era un líder! Por último, pero no menos importante, fue educado correctamente, como un verdadero caballero y amigo. Y lamentablemente eso le costó la vida porque un hombre adulto estaba actuando como un animal en la calle, borracho y enojado !!
Evanda Jackson, tiene antecedentes penales con delitos anteriores, se sabe que este cobarde tuvo una escopeta recortada, múltiples agresiones domésticas, y en 2017 casi mata a un hombre con su automóvil en Salisbury, Ma y lo dejaron ir con solo tener tomar clases de manejo de la ira. En 2019 agredió a su vecino y a su esposa y los cargos se retiraron una vez más. EVANDA es una bomba de tiempo. ¡¡¡EVANDA es una amenaza para la sociedad y volverá a matar, porque la justicia nos ha fallado a todos !!!

La joven (vecina de Evandas) fue la razón por la que Izayah estaba allí para empezar. Izayah se estaba asegurando de que estuviera a salvo dentro de su casa esa noche, ambos estaban siendo acosados por Evanda Jackson. Él era el agresor y se mostraba conflictivo. ¿Por qué incluso les habló o se acercó a ellos? Puso sus manos sobre ambos antes de que IZAYAH regresara. Cuál fue el único error de IZAYAH. Todavía no merecía morir por eso. ¿No debería un hombre casado con 2 hijos tomar mejores decisiones y pagar por ellas como lo hizo Izayah?
¿Por qué EVANDA no llamó a la policía cuando Izayah logró alejarse de él la primera vez, si EVANDA temía por su vida? ¿Por qué EVANDA no entró en su casa, si se sintió amenazado en algún momento o llamó a la policía? ¿Por qué cuando Izayah regresó sin un arma no llamó a la policía entonces? ¿Por qué no usó sus puños como lo hacía Izayah? ¿Por qué, sin estar en una amenaza inmediata, tomarías un cuchillo, que él ya tenía, y elegirías apuñalar a Izayah en el pecho, donde sabía que podría ser fatal? ¿Por qué después de eso, mientras Izayah intentaba conducir él mismo al hospital, no llamó a la policía? En cambio se fue a casa, limpió el cuchillo, se fumó un cigarrillo y se fue a la cama ??? ¡¡¡Todo lo cual él también confesó !!! ¡Mientras tanto, Izayah yacía moribundo en las afueras de Flora St con solo su hermano allí!
Este cobarde también vive a dos cuadras de la familia. Y al lado de la jovencita Izayah estaba esa noche. Los vecinos tienen miedo, la comunidad tiene miedo, hay un asesino suelto, capaz de volver a matar, ¡por culpa del sistema judicial! Solo 2 meses después, su familia tiene que lidiar con el hecho de que su asesino está en casa con su familia, pero ¿qué pasa con Izayah y su familia? ¿Dónde está la justicia? Izayah nunca volverá a casa de nuevo, tenía metas una vida para vivir.
DEMANDAMOS justicia para Izayah.
DEMANDAMOS que se haga justicia. Queremos que Evanda Jackson sea encarcelada AHORA y fuera de las calles. Es un peligro para la sociedad. ¡Queremos reabrir este caso, queremos un nuevo gran jurado, queremos que se presenten todas las pruebas y queremos una condena para Evanda Jackson por el asesinato de IZAYAH Cruz!
