Hi all,

It's hard to imagine, in 5 short days, we've reached over 1,200 signatures. The urgent need to recognize T1D at the same level as T2D for COVID risks is personal to us. Or, as one supporter said, "strikes a chord".

We need to amplify our message. A real good way to do that is through Letters to the Editor. They educate the public, are read by politicians, and show widespread support for recognizing T1D at the same level as T2D for COVID vaccines.

Tips for Writing Your Letter

Keep it short
Address only 1 subject
State your issue (recent studies show...)
Make it personal (as a mother with T1D...)
Include a call to action (I urge Governor Baker...)
Include your full name and contact info, including address

I've provided a list below in alphabetical order of the more major Massachusetts Newspapers. Don't forget your local ones, they also have a big impact.
