Ban puppy mills

The Issue

Puppy mills are the problem. Puppy mills are are places where dogs are over bred in unsafe environments.

The mills are filthy, under kept, and and the owners don't give the dogs enough food or water. They are cramped in small, rusty cages and don't get the proper amount of exercise. The people running these places don’t care about the dogs health, safety, needs, or necessities, and only care about the money they get. This is bad because there are so many dogs being kept in unacceptable living conditions.

Banning puppy mills would help the dogs not get sick, and have a loving family. This is bad because there are so many dogs being kept in unacceptable living conditions. The dogs breeding are getting over worked and when they are unable to keep breeding, they are killed. There are about 2 million dogs breed in the puppy mills yearly. People should sign this petition because so many innocent dogs would be saved.
