So I am still trying to get my hands on the reports from the incidents but they have mysteriously still not been turned in two weeks after the incident. I did confirm with the court clerk that she did, in fact, request a jury trial AGAIN and Ed Knisley is the county prosecutor...go figure! I now have to contact Mr. Knisley directly to get the jury trial date which also seems pretty sketchy to me. Anybody else's information or court date would have already been turned in and the jury trial date would be public information. Why the cover up if you are not guilty of a crime?
