I followed up with CCSO about the reports that have STILL not been turned in. I did get two OCA #'s for the January 22 report (initial report) and the January 27 report (supplemental when she voluntarily relinquished). Just to be clear...I hate the term "voluntarily relinquished). She didn't voluntarily do ANYTHING...she did it to save her butt. She had no intention of turning in those animals. They would have starved to death on her property...
